Our engineering teams work hand in hand with the sales teams, even in the early stages of the projects. They work out all project details, such as comprehensive technical drawings, clear and precise system literature, operation/maintenance manuals, installation instructions, test certificates and project time schedules are conscientiously prepared according to customer specifications and requirements.
We assemble the systems at our headquarters in Verona, in Italy. The recently enlarged production facility measures more than 1000 m2 and is equipped with modern machinery and tools. We carefully plan and monitor current and future assembly capacity to maintain maximum efficiency. Our production teams are well trained and follow strict safety procedures. Testing & Inspection
At LEVER's own test Labs, our dedicated staff pays close attention to the smallest details. The modern test Labs comprises twelve test stations that are equipped with latest computerised test systems available in the industry. We thoroughly test every system for functionality and performance. Upon successful completion of the internal testing, we arrange for a factory acceptance test witnessed by the customer, and a detailed testing report. Test programs are set up according to stringent and internationally approved standards, and can moreover be modified to fit our customer's requirements
Regular and professional servicing of the UPS system makes sure that the availability of crucial control systems within the plant is secured at any time. LEVER's Customer Service network takes care of all the details from the moment that the system is installed, and as long as our customers require it. For assistance our customers may choose to contact us by phone, fax, e-mail . The required information on these forms allows us to immediately identify the customer's needs and to take appropriate action without any further delay.
