Lever is proud to have contributed to the development of the Verona Filovia, one of the most important sustainable mobility projects currently underway in the city.
The Filovia project, promoted by ATV – Azienda Trasporti Verona, involves the development of a modern electric trolleybus public transport network, designed to improve urban mobility while reducing emissions and environmental impact. The system will connect several strategic areas of the city through two main lines, using next-generation trolleybuses.
Within this framework, Lever supplied the rectifiers installed in several electrical substations (SSE) that power the trolleybus network. These systems play a key role in the conversion and stabilization of electrical power, ensuring the reliable DC supply required for the traction infrastructure.
The completion of the final testing and delivery of the supply marks an important milestone for the project and confirms Lever’s expertise in developing high-reliability power conversion and power continuity solutions for critical infrastructure and transport systems.
Through initiatives like this, Lever continues to support the transition towards more efficient and sustainable mobility systems, contributing to the development of energy infrastructure for public transport in the city of Verona.
