WARRANTY TERMS:​

Warranty Duration and Terms: The warranty is valid for 24 months for products and 12 months for batteries from the date of delivery. Replaced components are covered for 180 days from the intervention date.

Scope of Coverage: The warranty covers the repair or replacement of non-conforming components and the relative labor costs. Travel, lodging, and board expenses for technical staff shall be borne by the Purchaser.

Notice of Defects: Any visible defects or non-conformities must be reported in writing within 8 days of receipt of the goods, under penalty of forfeiture.

Exclusions and Forfeiture: The warranty is automatically voided in cases of tampering, incorrect installation, failure to follow technical guidelines and the Use and Maintenance Manual, or payment defaults by the Purchaser. Parts subject to normal wear and tear (such as fuses, switches, and lamps) and components subject to oxidation or corrosion due to improper use are expressly excluded.
